Job Details


The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, secretary or relevant role.


  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Updating company databases.
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for upper management
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
  • Handling client needs.


  • Strong English language skills (Spoken and Written).
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent Organisational skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint).
  • Solid working knowledge of Online meeting software (Zoom, MS Teams, Cisco Webex, Google Meet).
  • Experience in Adobe Photoshop and other editing software would be an advantage.
