Nicolas Llovet is a highly successful Business trainer and international keynote speaker. As a business owner with a wealth of experience in senior commercial roles including sales director for over 17 years (10 years as a trainer), he understands many vertical markets and brings substantial expertise to pass on in the training room.

The first thing you’ll notice about Nico is that he loves facilitating the development of others, and he’s brought that passion to his leadership and communication skills training for over a decade. He has developed professionals from some of the best organisations in the business and has a proven track record of achievement across Europe, Asia and Africa.

Nico delivers his high-energy training in either English or Bahasa Indonesia and his commercial business experience and acumen gives him credibility and empathy with teams who relate to his real-life anecdotes and examples that help bring his training to life.

After completing his MBA in Business Administration, Nico started his career in oil and gas as a field Engineer with Schlumberger before he launched a Green Energy initiative to raise awareness of Renewable energy and help companies to move one step closer to switching to more sustainable habits and sources of energy. Nico possesses an extensive understanding of the energy sector and its challenges with communities, clients, and technical departments.

Discovering his passion for developing the skills of others, Nico has since consulted, trained, and mentored professionals from various different sectors, using the most up to date learning methodologies.
