01. Develop Complex Problem Solving Skills

The programme creates an engaging and life-like environment that gives learners opportunities to solve the game-world problems. This gives them the confidence to deal with similar problems in reality. Sub-competencies of problem-solving include listening skills, analysis, brainstorming skills, execution.

02. Enhance Strategic
Thinking

Learners design strategies to win. If the strategies aren’t executable and flexible, they face significant challenges that make winning impossible. During play, learners try to execute a strategy, fail because they weren’t able to change it along the way and then adjust by coming up with a new strategy and approach to winning the game. Sub-competencies include: thinking big picture, agility, focus, execution.

03. Become more agile and adaptive in handling a crisis

In this programme, the real-time simulation of VUCA challenges the capacity of learners to predict and adapt to the emergent norms, new trends and changes throughout the game-play. Learners are able to go beyond the concept of VUCA and gain confidence in dealing with it through facilitated game experience. The sub-competencies of VUCA include observation, analysis, focus, agility.

04. Develop Effective Communication Skills

The course brings a life-like environment in which communicating at the right time with the key people becomes challenging. This provides learners the opportunity to try various approaches in communication in order to achieve the optimal results. In the program, learners learn sub-competencies such as listening skills, empathy, emotional intelligence, succinctness.
